Huge huge hugs.
I completely agree that she was UT and went to OT. I think that Brenda is also right in that she had too much sleep, and I have found that not enough A time before the nap (no matter how tired they are) leads to bedtime problems. They take a good nap on the low A time because they are so tired but then if we let them sleep too long then we pay for it at bedtime or in the morning.
Apparently we are having our first no nap day on the new A time. It is really hard. I'm confused as well. He seemed to tired this morning (I almost put him down early) but then he got a second wind and didn't seem tired at all. Sigh.
So I would say nap 12ish for 1.5 hours and then see how bedtime goes.
She should surely be tired enough for bedtime with that low of night sleep and then not letting her catch up too much at nap time.
Hopefully 6 hours A time after 1.5 hours will be enough, but not too much.
And here we were thinking the hardest part of sleep was behind us..... hahaha...
I have yet to get the bedtime right on no nap days, therefore I only end up with 10.5-11 hours of night sleep. Sigh.
