The behaviour that you're describing does sound like a growth spurt - waking more frequently at night, wanting to feed more frequently during the day, taking more per feed (at the bottle, for example). It doesn't *sound* like a sudden dip in supply to me, especially at this young age. I think that you pumping less in the morning has more to do with the more frequent night feeds than a reduction in your milk supply.

Also, if your supply is dipping a bit, the best way to increase it is to feed, feed, feed, so either way you're on the right track
