Martina where can you get the Rescue stuff in GTA?  I like to have lots of tools in my arsenal lol

Wendy, I buy it at Loblaws/Superstore!  In the homeopathic section.  It's usually on an aisle end, called Bach Rescue Sleep.  Now, be aware that the sleep spray base is alcohol.  I would squirt a tiny little spray on the spout of T's sippy.  One of the ingredients is white chestnut, and if you have a health store near you you can probably find just the white chestnut essence.  Our ND actually recommended it to help T calm down before bed.  You can read more about Bach remedies here:  http://bachflower.com/index.html

Actually by checking out that site, which I haven't seen in a while, I see they are now making a alcohol free versions of Rescue Sleep too. Yay! Was going to WF tomorrow anyway (my favorite fish market these days) so will definitely pick some up for my little man...

We have health food stores, but they are hit or miss for some of this stuff.  I will check it out this weekend.  Thanks ladies!
