What does this mean?

I know 30min naps are OT but what does it mean when los wake up happy and chatty from these naps?

Hi my LO always used to be the same as this and still is sometimes. I was advised on the EASY forum that it was probably UT if she was waking happy and I extended A time to 3 hours and then she started taking much longer naps. I am certainly no expert at all but just wanted to share what worked for us. HTHs.

I agree, if they are happy then prob UT. Saying that Olly would often wake from OT naps happy as he would consider them a power nap!  ???
