My 11 week old is waking several times (every 30 mins) after we put hr to bed. She used to fall asleep in our arms sometime between 9-11 pm and then we would put her to bed asleep. She would stay asleep for 5-6 hours. Wake for a feed. Then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours. We always put her to bed asleep.

Then we started BW so she could be out down in bed awake. We started patting/shh and a bedtime routine.

We start the WD around 8 and she is asleep by 9 pm.

She then wakes every 30 mins or so and we have to shh/pat her back to sleep. She then falls asleep for a chunk of time (3-5 hours) around 11-12 at night.

Why is she waking so much in the evening before midnight? She never used to do this before we started BW. Maybe 9 pm is too early to settle for the night at her age? Or maybe she just thinks she is having a nap?

What do you ladies think?? Our whole evening is consumed with shh/patting!!

 Hi honey,

Frequent early evening waking like that is usually indicative of OT. Are you doing EASY during the day? Is she napping well at the moment?

Feel free to post your EASY.  :)
