Thanks ladies am feeling a bit more better now tht I am back and DS2 went right back on the boob...what a relief.
Well I was travelling without him, and was carrying the milk in a cool box with ice. I had been told that was ok. As you read Deb, there are no proper rules. Since it was an international flight I could not have chceked it in as I am not sure it would hvae survived ice for 12 hrs or so...but next time I will try and do that if I have to. The plan was to change the ice when it starts melting and the crew had offered to help.
The Je** would not let me go back and check it in as I had apparently gone through security and its impossible to go back, I begged him to let me get a BA person to come and check it in for me and he refused. I guess it was a bit of a power trip for me.
The guys checking at the beginning of the security area said no problem I cna carry it but this was the idiot at the machine and his manager who created an issue. Needless to say they were men, who probably don't get it!
I am going to write a strong note to BAA not sure it will make a difference. I offered to taste it and everything.....
