Waking up at 915????

What is up??? Three nights in a row my ds is put down as usual at 7 pm and by 915 he is Awake crying. I can not think for the life of me why. He has been sleeping from 7-11 and 11-7 since he was 9 weeks old he is now going to be 6 months on Friday.  Yesterday he woke up at 9 cried for 5 mins and went back to sleep then was wide awake at 11 and just wouldn't go back to sleep. My routin is as follows

7am wake breaast
9-10 nap
11breast
1130 try and feed solids he doesn't take much
12/1215 nap- 1330/1415ish
3 breast
5 solids he doesn't eat mich
6 bath
7 breast
1030 df

Any insite please

Waking like that not too long after going down for the night usually indicates overtired. Looking at your routine he's probably not getting enough day sleep. It looks like there's no catnap? Have you tried extending the first nap?

What time is he going to bed? Assuming that there really is no catnap, he's awake for a terribly long time before bedtime.
