Diaper Changes?

Do you change your LO after every MOTNF? My LO wakes about 2 or 3Xs to nurse and I don't change him unless it's a BM until around the 5 or 6am feed.  I was under the impression that was ok as long as he didn't have a rash problem. I figured most ppl do this! But I was told my some women on another site that I am being unsanitary and they all change their LO's every 3 hours, even overnight?!

At this age I still did, mostly because I was worried about sensitive skin and him getting a rash.  I stopped doing it for pees around 3 or 4 months, if I recall. 

I don't think it's unsanitary, though, and if he's not having issues with it I guess it's not a big deal.  Could you change him once in the middle there somewhere?  I used to change in between sides so he'd still be nice and sleepy when he went back down.

Unsanitary? I don't think so. Tracy actually said in the Secrets book I think that LO should NOT be changed at night unless the diaper was leaking or LO had done a poo.

kmk512- I only nurse one sided, so there is no changing sides
