Wet Diaper Discomfort?

Does anyone have a baby, like 8 months or so, that wakes up at night because their diaper is soaking and will not go back to sleep without getting it changed? How do you handle this?

I was mainly concerned about it making her cold.  :(

I think it will only make her cold if it's making her nightclothes wet.
