trying to get 16 wk. old onto longer EASY
« on: May 06, 2011, 17:10:35 pm »
LO is mostly textbook and we have followed his signs keeping fairly close to eat activity sleep routine. he doesnt nap more than 45 min. so the cycle stays short (awake 1hr45min usually-less in first cycle of day)...i am trying pu/pd to extend his naps...but it doesn't make sense.  he is just getting more overtired with shorter naps because he is up longer trying to be on a 3hr easy..
help? i am not sure if i should stick with it, for how lonbg and/or try w2s instead,,,or just wait for him to mature some more.
advice please
