7 month old weaned from Breast to bottle-what is normal for poo now????

HI, my DS is well established on solids and this week I have cut out the breastfeeds completely and moved him onto formula. I did this gradually over a good few weeks so as not to constipate him and all is well.
Usually he has a BM that is fairly solid to soft and the colour of the food he eats.
Lately I have noticed that sometimes his BM is a lot softer with no solidity to it and its a greeny colour and seems to have lots of curds in it!
Could this be over feeding or anything else.

What formula are you giving him?  Nestle/Gerber Good Start often causes green poops - normal

SMA its called... just seemed weird there being lots of curds in it. I know its common when breastfeeding but didnt think it was the same for bottle feeding. How funny are the "normal" topics of conversation when you have a baby lol x

No kidding, hey!?  Poop is a part of everyday conversation in our home!

DD has been on Good Start since shortly after birth and her poops can be very similar to the BF poops she had at the beginning!  I think it happens when a formula is similar in makeup to BM

It also could be caused by the solids he is eating - has he had anything new lately?

He hasnt really had anything new lately apart from the formula. Maybe its just the way the formula comes back out of him, mind, he used to only go once or twice a day but yesterday he went 4 times so maybe his habits have just changed. Just hoped it wasnt anything to do with the change to formula as i wasnt sure about getting curds in forula fed babies.
Im sure I will be well accustomed to his new habits over the coming weeks!!!! lol
