Quick question - late nap help!
« on: June 02, 2011, 22:17:31 pm »
Alexandra is a disaster today with nap refusals... I have been AP'ing her back to sleep when she wakes at 5am and I think she is treating that hour of sleep as a nap... it is really messing with her sleep.  We are going back to the EW for now!

But, I just managed to convince her to take nap #2 (with plenty of AP needed! GRR!) at 245... she used to be taking nap #2 from 1-3 with a 7pm bedtime and went down easily... do I wake her early from this nap and adjust BT a bit?  She needs a long A to go to bed well... otherwise it becomes a crazy fiasco!

I'm thinking I will wake her at 345 and try for a 715 BT??  She had a good nap the morning from 930 - 1120 (I woke her from that as well!).

Hi Kara, sorry didn't see this in time.  How did she get on?

No worries Karen... I let her sleep for an hour and then kept BT close to her normal time... worked great!
