DD is 7.5 months, day sleep is good - 2 good naps, night sleep is getting better!! Just wondering if and how we could go to set naps?? The problem is that we wake up at all different times - 5 am , 5:30 am, 6 am there is no consistancy - usually BT time is between 6 - 7, she has only ever been an 11 h night sleeper. so any earlier BT would mean earlier WU.
Can we go with set naps?? ideally, 9 or 9:30 nap - 11 and 1:30 or 2 nap for a 2 hour?? or is that too much day sleep??
