How much is she taking from her solids - have you tried cutting them a bit to increase the milk? Does she have any digestive issues like reflux? Have you tried a faster teat?

Is she close to dropping the catnap? Your first A time is quite short I wonder if it's time to edge her onto 2 naps - it does make it easier to space things out a bit more.

Hi she will eat all her solids she loves them! if i only gave her a little bit of solids she still not really interested in taking more milk! she doesnt wake in the night for a bottle but im tempted to drop DF cold turkey or do you think this will cause problems?
what are the signs of dropping catnap?
and also is a 2.15 a bit too short in the morning then do you think i should keep her up til about 8.45 if she wakes at 6am ? thank you so much

I would drop it cold turkey ;)  I bet she is refusing the bottles in waiting for the solids.  My DD did the exact same thing and I cut her solids for a couple of days.  She quickly learned that solids were secondary and started finishing bottles again ;)

At 7 months, she doesn't need the CN.  She should be able to easily do a 2.5 hr A time, or even 2.75 hrs.  That would let you spread her meals out a bit.  And I have actually found that DD prefers to have her solids an hour after a bottle in the morning, but then her lunch and dinner right after her bottle ;)

Her routine is like this:

Wake 6am, bottle 6-8 ozs
Solids at 7am (2 tbsp fruit mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp cereal)
Nap 930-1045/11
Bottle at 1145 - 6 oz, solids at noon - 3 tbsp veggies, 2 tbsp fruit and sometimes 1 tbsp cereal if still hungry
Nap 215-330
Bottle at 4pm, solids at 415: 1-2 tbsp veggies.

BT bottle at 715. Bed at 730.
