Hello mommies
I have read many postings and am not certain how to start introducing solids to our baby boy... In the book (Secrets of the BW for Toddlers), the six-week starter plan suggests to feed when baby wakes, then 2 hours later, introduce teaspoons of pears (for example), then breast or bottle at 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 8 pm (this plan is for the first week). Also, after each feeding, finish with breast or bottle.
From what I read on many of your posts, many of you seem to breastfeed / bottle at 7, 11 am, 3pm and again at 7pm (with or without dreamfeeding at 10-11pm) and giving solids around 30 minutes to 1 hour after each feed/bottle where as Mrs. Hogg suggests to give solids around 2 hours after the milk and then, finish with breast or bottle.
Where do I start? I am confused...
