Complaining ALL DAY LONG!!!

DS is making this complaining sounds all his A time. I don't know why that is. I tried to swap his toys as I though he might be bored, I try to move him to a different scenery, I try to leave him alone to play or play with him - nothing seems to make a difference.
He doesn't seem in discomfort or anything. He just makes this annoying sound and I am going crazy!
any ideas what could that be? How can I fix this?

what sort of sound? is he just practising "talking", do you think? Oliver loves to babble but is actually quite good at imitating words! When he is lying in his cot he is really vocal ....

It's most likely just his current sound!

DS goes through phases of trying out one sound for a while, then switches to something else.

We were all very relieved when he got past his 'screech owl' phase!  ;D

Hedgehog, I really hope you are right. Maybe I should just kind of ignore it and not think something of it. Maybe it will just pass.

YES, it does change, it's only a phase (I couldn't believe it then though...)
I had to say to myself again and again - he is not complaining, it's just his sound now, it's like talking to him. And then it was gone.

HA thanks!! I'm one of those odd people that goes looking through message boards reading the information.. i'm a 'got a problem-read about the answer' type of people... At lest asking about old messages gives you answers fast- and from people with the benefit of hindsight!
