« on: July 18, 2011, 11:31:56 am »
Hi,

My DD is constantly waking after 45 mins and i have been shh/patting to get her back off. Only very rarely does this work, she is waking with a lovely happy smile on her face WIDE awake. the problem is she is then tired again half an hour later! has anyone else expereinced this, any tips greatly appreciated as it's messing up our EASY routine. LO is now awake too long before her next feed so has started falling asleep on the bottle again!

Hi, she is 10 weeks this friday. Our EASY is a bit of a mess due to the short naps so it's turned into EASA ! yesterday went like this.  She is on a 3.5 hour EASY and falls asleep at the times as suggested in sample routines on here, she just doesn't stay awake the whole time.

E 7
A 7.15-8.30
S 8.30- 9.15
A 9.15- 10.30
E 10.30
A 10.45- 11.30
S 11.30- 12.15- this was far too short for a lunch time nap and she does normally have longer
A 12.15- 1.45- very upset and OT!!
E 1.45
A 2-2.45
S 2.45- 3.15
A 3.15-5
E 5
A 5.15-7 including bath and bedtime routine
E 7 tank feed
S 7.30- she usually stays down but last night was up every 10 mins screaming- didn't go down until 9pm.
