Quick question
« on: August 28, 2011, 18:45:24 pm »
After a horrible week of sleep Lo (20 months) had a record low of 7.5 hr sleep last night with a wake-up time of 5:45am, put her down for a nap at 10:15am (she cried from being so so OT), it is now 12:45pm and she is still out like a light. I want her to go to sleep at 7-7:30pm tonight. What time should I  wake her from her nap or should I just let her sleep till she wakes up?
