Shh so she gets the jolts pretty bad. They are hard! The only thing that worked for us was to sneak in and try W2S at ~22mins then wait for the jolts. I they came they would be usually for us at 35ish mins and I had to be ready to apply pressure till the 55min mark. It is a PITA. The only other thing you could try is to APOP when she wakes to resettle her.

They do outgrow them :D usually around 6 months. :-*

So it looks like her reflux isn't controlled. She's spitting up a ton and arching away when I try to feed her. So frustrating. Today she didn't even give me a warning and just woke at 45 min. At least it wasn't 30. She was super fussy but went back to sleep after I pat her over my shoulder. Still holding her though since she pulls her legs up as soon as I put her down. Might try tummy sleeping her next nap but not sure since she really needs the swaddle. Dd1 is at school today so I have the time to work with her. That's only 2 days a week though. In 3 more weeks it's off to daycare where they really won't work on naps....sigh.

I'm in the exact same boat. 6 wo DS sleeps fOr only 45 min and that's after I rock him for 10 min (which means I have 35 min of free time). I tried httj but he doesn't jolt, rather he fights to get out of his swaddle. The only way I can extend his nap is by rocking amd carrying him. If I can't extend his nap then he roots like crazy and cries amd I have to feed him (throwing EASY off).. U r lucky that ur LO wakes only once at night. Mine wakes 3-4 times more frequent closer to morning. I also have a 2 yo... Who us experiencing some EW (5am) lately. I can extend DS nap only on the 2 days DD is at daycare..  I think DS has reflux too but dr said it's not serious enough for medication...

Pls tell me u found a cure...

I thought she may be heading that way sorry hun :( I could always tell with Zac once the naps went wonky the discomfort was coming or there. Lots of APing back to sleep may be in order while she goes through the flare up :-* At least you know why she is having problems napping. If she wont sleep for long just offer more naps when you can.

I have to warn you about tummy sleeping. It is not recommended for LOs to be on their tummies under the age of ~6 months or until they are able to roll onto and off their tummies due to the risk of SIDS, or to be placed on their tummies until 12 months. I understand how frustrating it is, but if you do decide to try it you may want to consider being in the room with her to keep an eye on her. Certainly avoid swaddling if you are going to put her on her tummy. It also may be worth discussing your LOs reflux and possible sleeping positions with your Dr/Ped.

Hang in there :-*

I will definitely be in there with her. But what do you mean by not until 12 months. Just curious ...we increased the meds yesterday so hopefully it will make a difference.  Even before this though. She wasnt able to make it through the transition.  Hopefully she'll be able to soon.

I 'think' and you may need to get this checked that LOs shouldn't be placed on their tummy until 12 months according to SIDS guidelines. If they roll onto it from ~6 months then you can leave them there.

So I know it's not recommended but I have been tummy sleeping her for naps and I have to wake her from every nap! I think she is just much more comfortable for her reflux and it helps control her jolts. I just keep checking on her to make sure she is ok.
