My baby is 3 weeks and I do like to get out of the house every couple of days.  How do I fit errands, walks and appointments in when practicing EASY?

Sleep can happen when out and about. At this age its not a drama for the sleeps to be in the pram/car/baby carrier/sling, its more about keeping the order of events eating, activity, sleeping. If you're ok to feed while you're out, its exceptionally easy to do. I just used to leave the house ~9am (when I'd had a shower and felt a bit presentable), walk around and if DS slept, he slept. When he was hungry I knew about it and would just stop and feed him - on a park bench, in the parents room at the shopping centre, wherever I happened to be...

Early on I aimed for at least one nap a day in the cot (crib), and didn't worry if I was out and about for the rest. Some days we were home all day, others she napped in the sling quite a bit. Agree with PP, just try to keep with the EAS order of things (and the A might be very short, that's fine), take it slowly and enjoy these early days with your LO!
