15month EASY
« on: November 30, 2011, 17:07:18 pm »
I would just like to see some examples of a 15month EASY.  I would like to try to get DS to sleep in later in the mornings and nap longer in the afternoon.
Right now this is our day:

Wake 6-630
Breakfast 7
Snack 930
Lunch 1130-1145
Nap 12-130.. sometimes 2 but I thought with one nap and waking so early he would nap more like 2.5hrs
Snack 230
Dinner 445-5
Bath 6
Milk and yogurt 645ish
Bed 730
I have tried extending his bed time to 8 in hopes he would sleep in later but no luck!  I would really like to try to get him to sleep until 7 or 730.. but maybe some kids are just early risers?  When he wakes at 6 I have tried just leaving him and letting him whine and thinking he might go back to sleep but he just gets louder and madder.  Also, he does STTN.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!!

I'd try an earlier bedtime and hopefully he'll sleep later in the morning.  Don't ask me why it works but it does!  He's on quite long A times for a 15 mont old.  How long's he been on one nap?

he has been on one nap since about 13.5 months and I will for sure try an earlier bedtime.  How long is an A time usually for a 15 month old?
