Is this part of 1-0
« on: December 05, 2011, 12:32:27 pm »
Madison will not nap 3 days of the week and on those nights she will sleep close to 12hours, sometimes 12.5.  Now, on days that she does nap, even if it is 30mins, she will her nights are 10hrs.

is this part of the transition?

Yep.  I don't think it takes much day sleep to kill their sleep drive at this age.  Trouble is behaviour and overall being often calls for a nap so it's finding a balance that is the least painful for all.

She normally sleep 12hours in a 24hour period and now we are down to 11hrs. Normal?

Regulation is normal.  This time of year, slightly less active and all that.  But if her mood and behaviour suffer then it's probably not enough sleep for her.
