Kim-We had done chicken and he was doing well but then had a bout of constipation which could have been from too much cereal, honestly, but I backed up the chicken b/c I knew it could be binding as well. Once his bowels are more regular/normal/consistent again I will bring the chicken back in!

FWIW, Quinoa - although it's a gluten free, low salicylate grain, REALLY bothered Arthur when I ate it while trying the RPAH Low Salicylate elim diet. to effect what Arthur was getting through my BM. I can't pinpoint exactly what it was about Quinoa, but it was definitely a no-go for him.

I agree w. Kim, try the homemade bone broth :D
