Attachments too large?

Hello I want to load a few photos... but BW keeps saying my photos are too large... How can I make them smaller?
I have a ACER Laptop with Windows 7. The photos are JPEGs

you can try to open your photos in Paint.  Click on 'resize' and change the 100s to 50s, and then save it as a new file so you don't lose your original picture.  that should make them small enough to post here.  :)
