We finally were getting 90 min naps for 1st naps and 1 hr naps for her other 3. Then right back to 1hour 1st nap and 45 minute naps for the rest. I figured out that it was a HUGH growth spurt (all of her 3month clothes no longer fit, in size 3 diapers; when from 12.9 pounds to 14.2 pounds AND now she can lift her head and shoulders right off the floor laying on her back then lower herself no problem) . When she wakes I always leave her till she starts to cry and then go get her, as soon as she sees me she is always smiles and coos. She is never grumpy after these 45 minute naps. Since doing PU/PD it takes 3 whole minutes to get her to sleep, honestly she is passed out in her crib at the 3 minute mark and I am back upstairs
Also she still is eating every 3 hrs, I have tried to get her on a 3.5-4hr feeding routine but even going 5 minutes over she flips out. She is drinking 6-7oz sometimes she leaves some, sometimes not.
By the end of the day her eating and A times shorten (this is her choice,I just go with it).
Since this growth spurt she has cut out her NF totally, sleeps right till 8am then wants to eat but not starving. happily will wait till 8:30am if I am busy with her sister.

STTN
Since she is STTN, waking happy from naps and 90% of the time in a great mood, should I just leave well enough alone for now? Or try to push for a 4 hr routine with longer naps?
