drawing and coloring
« on: February 26, 2012, 00:08:16 am »
DS is becoming more interested in drawing on stuff.. whenever I am making out our weekly grocery list or writing anything he is freaking for the pen and paper.  My question is if anyone knows of toddler friendly markers.  I dont really want him to have a pen and I find you have to press down hard with crayons so I was thinking about markers.. Any suggestions?

Crayola Washable Markers...I have yet to find a fabric or piece of furniture I can't get it off of! There are also Crayola Colour Wonder sets, where the markers only work on specific paper, but it can be frustrating for really lo's as the colour doesn't appear instantly.  Crayola makes washable crayons too, we use them in the tub!

Also, Crayola makes triangle shaped crayons too...easier to hold and write with!  Oh and here they are in a marker!!

Oh, triangle markers!! Wonder if they are in Canada yet...the triangle crayons are great, but they break really easy which isn't that great for a toddler.
