Hi
TBH I tend not to judge anything just on one days results.  There are so many thing other than A times that can effect sleep that one day can be different for any reason (teething, developmental, an external noise, temperature, a different level of stimulation during A time...).  With my own DS I look at the general pattern over a longer period of time, usually discount days where teething or a cold has been bothering him, discount the days where he had an out of the ordinary activity, and when we are in a routine change I expect there to be bumps (for example a couple of days back he only took one 45min nap, woke happy and followed it with a great 12hr+ night - wonderful - but not the norm so I just ignore it).
I would try not to focus too much on today's naps in isolation although after another week the information you have from today could end up being part of a pattern you can see.
Dropping the CN will involve CN days and no-CN days for a while, depending how quickly LO adapts to it so I wouldn't worry.
hth x

Yeah, I see what you are saying.  I'm going to just ride it out and see how it goes.  And just as he settles into a nice routine, he's going to change it up on me again  :)

I'm sure I'll be back here soon asking for more advice.  I will be sure to make a donation for all of your help.  Thank you.

I hope so.  I have to take it with stride.  I'm going to post a new question/thought on naps.  Interested in people's insights or thoughts.
