EASY 9 weeks old--please take a look

Here is my EASY. I have a two year old, so I've had to really try hard not to form bad habits. EASY worked for my 2 year old but I'm afraid I'm missing something this time around.

I have never been able to figure out the dream feeds. They didn't seem to make a difference in night waking, so I don't do them. I know this is around the time that she should start to stretch out her night sleep. Her day sleep is getting longer (is this ok)? She is just starting to move from a 2 hr nursing schedule to 3 hr. Should I wake her from naps during the day if she's still within the 3-4 hour bw feeds range? Should I be more consistent with dream feeds? Is she waking too often at night? If so,what should I do?

She is GREAT at getting to sleep with just a little patting and shhing.

Ok- now i'm having a look.. but... if i had a book of virtual gold stars i'd have to pop one next to this EASY!! It looks really great to me! At this age that many night wakings is fine- she's just up for the feed and then back to sleep with a little help?

THose 2x hour long sleeps in the afternoon look ok to me too- often the little guys need to eat a bit more in the afternoon and sleep a little less- i think my guy did. You might find soon that you need to push up the A times by 10 minutes or so- but while you have those lovely naps in the morning i wouldn't panic too much- i'd suggest thinking about it if the naps shorten to 45 mins, or if that 2nd nap drops to an hour or less...

Here's a sticky on it:

Were you having any specific problems? Or were you just after some reassurance- it must be tricky keeping things going so well with another LO around!! I don't wake my guy much from naps- i did wake him at the 3 hour mark when he was little- but that's up to you. The dream feeds don't work for everyone either- they were great for us, but may not work for you!
