2 wk old cluster feeds??

Hi,
I used BW with my first little boy and it was fab! Now baby 2 is here I seem to have forgotten what I'm doing! He's two weeks and on a three hourly feed cycle, 7,10,1,4,7 then in the night he wakes at around 11 and 3. How do I incorporate the cluster feed into this schedule? Should I feed him at 6 then do bath/bed routine and then top him up again?? Or pull his 4 feed forward to 3 and do 5 and 7?

I would feed him at 6 and then top him up after the bath! Sounds like he is doing really well, well done both of you!

Thanks, what about sleep during this time? Haven't started cluster feeds yet but when should he sleep as at the mo he's so tired taking last feed he's sometimes falling asleep on bottle, I wake him if I can sometimes he's so tired he won't be woken! Also is it ok to start cluster/tanks now-or should I wait till 6wk mark? Thanks again
