pics too large - how do I resize?

I have worked out why I have never been able to upload photos (thanks mashi!)

The attachments or photos are too big - how do I resize them? I use a mac.

Hi Becky....Katy taught me this on birthclubs and I posted my first pictures a whole back!  Go into Iphoto, select the picture uou want, go to file (at the top of the screen) and select export.  I put the joeg quality to low and the size to small and it worked great.  Good luck!
