Any teeth coming? If so I would medicate before that pm nap in case they are moving at that time.
Try extending that second A 15 mins and see if she settles better first nap....if OU get ashore one I would bring the next A forward 15-20 mins ;) x

If your still getting a good am nap I would just increase the next one first to see how that goes. Then you can push the other... ;) :-*

Okay I think your right both A times need an increase, usually 1hr15 min naps are UT.
Try an extra 10-15 mins before the am nap, and if you get over an hour nap then add the same A for the pm nap. If you get a shortpm nap and can't extend try for an EBT maybe 6.30

What do you think?

Ok, my bet is maybe these teeth are causing a bit of havoc. I would keep the A times as is and try medicating before the nap to see if that helps. What do you think?

Your now what, if your getting the same length naps on both (prod dueto teething) I would keep the A times at 3 hrs, and do EBT as her sleep will be less settled prob making her a bit OT

Z sleep always suffers when teething, it's like any aches and pains really, worse when your lying down trying to rest. :-*
