Hi there and welcome! Congratulations on your little boy!
Don't worry, here we don't advocate having a strict schedule
It's more about reading your baby's cues and having a consistent routine of Eat, Activity, Sleep. How long is he usually awake for? At this age the average awake time is only about an hour, so basically as soon as he is finished feeding and nappy change, it's time to swaddle him ready for sleep. Any longer than that and he may be overtired and find it more difficult to stay asleep. If he falls asleep in your arms, it can help to keep a hand on him in the cot for the first 10 minutes so that if he jolts, it doesn't wake him up - a firm swaddle also helps with this.
At this age too, I wouldn't worry about having all naps in the cot, especially if you have older LOs to care for! Do you have a sling or baby carrier? They can help LO to sleep securely next to you and still let you get on with other things you need to do.
