catnap Q
« on: September 28, 2012, 14:10:28 pm »
Is it "ok" for a dinner time cat nap to be about 20min to protect BT? She's 5.5 mo, and slowly increasing her A time during the day (we're at about 2hr30), but not enough yet to ditch the catnap completely ... meaning she sometimes has her catnap at 530pm, and we aim for a 7/7:15pm bedtime ... not wanting to do a later BT as I have a 2.5yo to get into bed as well (and that's a whole other story! haha)
Thanks!
