yikes-what BT?

dS is 14mo. Yesterday had play date with cousin and collapsed into bed about 8:45. Woke once about 11 and back to sleep until 745am! normal BT is 730. Napped for 30 min from 1210 -1240pm. I capped his nap. What time should I make BT??????? :)

What is his normal nap length?

He normally naps 1.5hr. I capped it to try and preserve his BT. His normal day is up at 615 nap 12 for 1.5 then BT around 730 ish...

I probably would have just let him have a normal nap becuase it would have meant pretty much the same A time to bed and he had a long day yesterday.  you'd probably need to do bed early given such a short nap so probably 6.30.  because despite the lie in he still went to sleep for his nap no bother at pretty much the right time KWIM?

yes I do KWYM...and thanks...I was thinking an early bt as well. He is starting to show signs of being ready so I'll start his WD very soon. Thanks for the input!
