Cluster feed

Hi all I've been offering my 5week old bottles two hourly up u til bed. Today she was fed at 4.30 when should I offer another feed?, 6.30pm. We hav bath at 7pm. Or is it better to wait till after the bath? X

You could split a feed - give her some at 6.30 and a top up after her bath.

At 6.30pm then had a 30min nap bath at 7pm and a bottle at 8pm but was a struggle to give it to her as gets it in the eve and pulls off the bottle. But won't settle into a deep sleep till 9ish. Tried to bring her bedtime forward but only cat naps. She then woke at 1.30am. And 3am and 5am but put her in with me at 5am coz I knew she would only take an oz then would snack for the rest of morning

She's nearly 8 wks now still doesn't cluster feeds 3hrly if less than 3hs she oly Akers 2-3oz and affects next feed x

Not all babies want to or need to cluster feed - neither of my two ever did. Also Tracy suggests combining the clusters into 1 feed around 8 weeks so if she's not taking clusters I would just stop and have the 3 hour feed pattern.

Thanku yes I just do 3hrly feeds in the day and try to stretch to 4at night but last two nights has done 6hrs then 3hrs so quite good. I'm feeding her around 6am and then goes back to sleep till 7am then up dressed and back dwn at 8ish cat nap and feed at 9am is this ok? X
