Constipation causing loss of appetite?

My LO is nearly 6 months, on solids and has been constipated on and off forever. He's now struggling to drink his milk, even his first morn feed. Is the constipation causing this do you think?

It is possible - what does your Dr say? Does he have any feeds overnight now?
