How often is she feeding?  How are you gauging that she's not full after a feed?

She has always been a quick feeder since my milk flow is fast and strong, but she would always feed for at least ten min before, and since two weeks ago, she would only feed for five min on the breast.
The reason why I think she is not full is because she would feed again after ten min. Or if I give her expressed milk in a bottle, she during the day would only take 30ml at a time. Sometimes she would also twist her body, cry and fuss whilst on the breast, a few minutes into the feeding. Even if I burp her, the fuss would continue. So she ended up cry and nurse at the same time. What am I doing wrong

You're not doing anything 'wrong'.  It sounds like she's either getting frustrated or is uncomfortable.

Do you think it's possible that she might be getting annoyed as the flow of milk slows after 5 minutes because she's got used to a fast flow and is a bit impatient waiting for the next letdown?  You could try some Breast compression and see whether that keeps her interested for a bit and it also helps to promote the milk ejection reflex too.

Hi Fiver, thanks heaps for your advice. Just thought I'd keep you updated. We took DD to our gp yesterday cos she had stuffed nose all the time. After chatting to her about our feeding problem. She thinks DD actually has reflux, so we were given Zantac. The change was dramatic, she started feeding well, and she slept for 7 hrs (first time ever). I wish we could have identified the real cause earlier.

Glad you've been able to pinpoint the source of her discomfort :)
