My LO has a few sleep issues thst I am looking for help with:
1. He is still waking 2x's a night or more.
2. He wakes up at 3:30am and it goes downhill from there with him sleeping 30 minutes to an hour until 5:30am then there is no hope for more sleep.
Notes:
-His naps are pretty good and 9/10 times I have to wake him up.
-He has never slept more than 30 min for first nap of day (8:30) so I started going to gym.
-nighttime sleep = 7:00-11:30, 12:30-3:30am
His current schedule:
E,A 5:30-7:30 nurse, dressed, play
S 7:30-8:00 15 min nap on drive to gym
E,A 8:00-9:30 childcare at gym, bottle at gym
S 9:30-10:00 nap on drive home
E,A 10:00-11:30 nurse, play
S 11:30-1:00 nap
E,A 1:00-2:30 nurse, play
S 2:30-4:00 nap
E,A 4:00-6:30 nurse, play, sometimes 30 min nap
S 6:30-7:00 bedtime routine
Thinking of changing to: (in hopes he will sleep to 7am)
E,A 7:00-8:30 nurse, dressed, play
S 8:30-9:00 nap
E,A 9:00-9:15 drive to gym
9:15-10:45 childcare at gym, bottle
10:45-11:00 drive from gym
S 11:00-1:00 nap
E,A 1:00-3:00 nurse, play
S 3:00-5:00 nap
E,A 5:00-7:00 nurse, play
S 7:00-7:30 bedtime routine
1. DOES THIS NEW SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE IT WILL HELP HIM SLEEP MORE AND LATER?
