What kind of sleep training are you doing?  If she is pulling to stand I would wait until she does so and cries (leave her alone if not crying) and lie her back down (no PU) and say your sleep phrase.  Then resume sitting with your back to her or whatever you have been doing.

Is it possible your routine needs some adjusting?

Our routine needs major adjusting but I really don't think it's worth posting our easy until we get things sorted. This is only our second day home after being gone a month. She went to sleep fine but then woke fussing at 30 min mark then stood up and just whined. I went in a placed her down twice and said our phrase but it upset her more. She just started pulling to stand the beginning of the week. I have been giving tonnes of time during the day to practice but I guess it's her way of saying I'm done I want out. We were experiencing 20 min wake ups when we were away and that is why I started co sleeping naps. Yesterday she woke at 20 mins but resettled herself and that was at 3hr a and we had been doing more but she is major ot and had horrible night Thursday after she resettled I woke her at 2 hrs. Last night she slept 11 hrs. Good cuz she needed it.

If lo is OT you need to cut back on your a times to get longer nap lengths. Have u tried shaving off 10-15 min off your current a time?

Great you got a better night :). Completely agree with Aishi to shorten A times whilst LO is OT, but make sure once LO is caught up that you are aiming for an appropriate routine whilst sleep training - the two need to go hand in hand as you can't make an UT baby sleep and an OT baby will find it much harder to learn.

I'd start from perhaps a touch more than your A time before you went away and tweak from there.  As for when she's caught up, I think you will be the best judge of that ;)
