i think my 10 week old is eating too much!

Like the title says - my almost 10 week old is taking max of 33oz! He is on a 3h Easy and only naps for around 3h during the day... Do you think i could up him to a 4h easy? I think hes eating too much as some of his feeds hes quite sock after words. Not just spit up

Does he show any signs of reflux hun?  Babies will rarely overeat unless something is bothering them...

It's common for a refluxer to drink loads (and often frequently) to keep the acid down.. then they overeat and it all comes back...

I agree with Kara - have a look at the link.

The other thing to consider is that on a 4 hour EASY they need to be taking more at each feed so that they don't drop oz and if he is bringing back what he's taking now then he won't be able to take bigger feeds. I don't think the amount he has is too much for a 10 week old though.

I did think he may have silent reflux but after giving his routine a little bit of a tweak he is now eating max of 30oz, isn't sick and seems generally happier now. I don't think he was getting enough time during his naps -he now is taking 1-2h and is so much happier!
