Could be some teething pain on those early cry outs.  Or if she's like my DS she just makes noise, he makes some very loud noises when he just stretches and turns over.
Your days look GREAT!  Honestly I would have loved an almost 2hr nap and the almost 12 hr nights you're getting.  I think she's settling into the set naps really well.

Looking at your times I would go for a 7.30pm BT as a set time.  That doesn't mean you can't give EBT on a day where nap has been messed up by something, it just means that on the whole you stop counting A times and go for 12.00 nap and 7.30pm BT (the same goes for set naps, if she is utterly exhausted or extra tired from illness or teething it's ok to go for an early nap one day, even a few days, then work back up to the set nap time when she is well).  If the morning is a natural WU and the nap is a natural WU then she has two opportunities to sleep longer if she needs it.
If she starts to sleep too long in the day where it impacts on BT or starts to sleep too long in the morning where it impacts on nap (or maybe morning appointments etc) then you can reassess the times and length of sleeps.  Until then it looks really good!

xx

thanks for that hun!
question abou tonight's BT though....she only slept 1hr 40mins (little minx is cutting back by 5 mins each day!!!) & was awake by 1.35pm.
so would you still keep to a 7.30pm BT? or would 6.30pm be closer to the mark?

Hi.  Sorry I wasn't around in time for tonight's BT.  What did you do in the end?

Personally would have stuck with the 7.30pm BT unless she was clearly struggling.  To me nights look good and also looks like she can sleep a little later in the morning if she wants it.  Keep on a while and see how she goes, then there is the possibility of moving the nap just a little later so she is a little more tired for it and sleeps a bit longer - but that's really only if she looks like she needs it, you know, grumpy and struggling with the afternoon or OT wake ups in the night sleep - I would first of all see how things settle with a set BT because she may regulate her nap and night sleep once both the nap and BT are at set times.

Yes, stick with the set nap at 12.00 whether at home or with CM so there is as much consistency as possible.  And if you feel more comfortable making BT set at 7.00 or 7.15 then do that.  It doesn't mean it can never be changed, just means you see how it suits her for a while.  I just went with 7.30 based on the times you posted previously.

getting shorter&shorter!

There's a chance the naps are shortening because of an earlier BT.  If you think about early wake ups in the morning sometimes the cause is because the nap comes a little too early for LO, making the nap later can help to lengthen the night sleep and make WU later.  Well, same with a nap, sometimes goes shorter if BT is coming earlier (not a problem if LO is well rested and happy).
I would try set BT for several days before moving the nap but tbh you and the CM are the ones who see her mood and how she's coping so if you feel a move to 12.15 is needed then go for it.  Just try not to keep changing it because otherwise it isn't 'set' and won't offer the consistency and routine that set naps and BTs offer for a toddler.

Is there a reason naps are not so good at home?  Do you have a similar sleep environment and wind down?

nooooo!!!!i'm not ready for her to be a toddler!!!! ;) ;) ;) (thanks hun!!!!)

we do the same wind-down, but she doesnt get the same stimulation here with jsut myself or DH as she would with 5 or 6 other kiddies racing around!!!!
she woke at 7.05am this morning (so almost 12 hours again) & slept 1hr 20mins until 13.20.
re the nap times etc, just a few question!!!!
if we aim for a 7am WU, does 12 make sense for the set nap time?
& do i aim to have a 12 hour day?
& should we ever do a catch up CN?if so, at what point do we say x amount of time is not enough for her nap?
sorry, but i'm so confused with all the changes!!!!
should we wake her in the mornings if she's not up?

I found when we moved to 1 nap his nap was shorter than previously and it took a long time to lengthen again.  it looks to me like she's doing really well so I would continue with this routine up until you get an indication that things need changing again.
Around this age roughly 14 hrs sleep in 24 is guidance.  Mine had far less but then he is low sleep needs.
Typical Amounts of Day and Night Sleep

i wouldn't do a catch up CN unless she is really struggling, ill or something like that.
You can set morning WU if you want but I don't, it doesn't matter, the nap and BT still stay set.
Maybe try some extra physical activity at home to tire her some more or make home naps 15 mins later?

She slept from 7.25pm.heard her at 6.30am but i fell
back asleep again&only got her up at 7.40am.
Would you stick to the 12 nap?or push it out?

I think.it depends on what you're trying to achieve: if its to set Los body clock then I would stick to.set times. I was using set nap time to push day forward from 5.30/6 wus so I used later wu to push nap and Bt out later iykwim? Hth xx

Forgot to add now.that I have wu roughly where I want it in using set a times again cos I know what works for her :) so 5hr am a will give 2.5+h nap and then Bt 5-5.5 hr lat...er depending on nap length
