Hello! Honestly, I don't have any answers, I'd just like to jump in here as I think our DD are twins! We have a very similar schedule, minus the fact we aren't on solids yet. S also has reflux and is on Zantec. S is 5.5 months (sorry, lost count of weeks), but will be 6 months March 6th. S is BF, are you doing formula or EBM?

Have you tried not feeding at 4:30? I can usually get her to only nurse at one of the NW, though not always.

Looks like maybe the reflux is flaring a little? - 6 months is often a time when it goes a bit silly because of GS, changes in movement ie LO trying to crawl and solids being introduced.

What solids is she on?
Do you always feed at NW?
Because of the small amount drunk I wonder if the feed is becoming a prop? - does yor LO have a paci?

Is she an independent sleeper at naps and BT?

Hugs. Soooo tough these refluxers. :-*

She has had--rice, oatmeal, peaches, pears, banana, peas, sweet potato
She isn't trying to crawl--hasn't rolled from back to front yet--since she is a preemie and delayed.
She does have some nw where she will fuss and go back to sleep, so I know she is capable of putting herself back to sleep. She just has these two where she won't. I definitely think it's a prop--especially the one where she only drinks an ounce!
What would you do instead of feeding to try and get back to sleep?
She is an independent sleeper. We dropped the paci about 6 weeks ago because it was definitely becoming a prop.

Mmm does shh/pat work? - or a version of it?
What some people do is APOP but don't feed, ie rock etc. then drop the rocking as this tends to be easier to wean than the feed YK?
