over the past two weeks, my three year old ds has started waking up screaming/hysterical about 45min to 1 hour into her nap and bt. at first we thought she was having nightmares, but i dont know anymore..its strange that its an hour or so into her nap (once i go to her room, she cries for 5 more min, until i calm her down, and then goes back to sleep) and the same with bedtime.
has anyone else experienced this.
