It's a '4h plus' EASY on two naps - generally with solids in the mix too.
The 'perfect' routine would be:
Bf 7am
Breakfast 8am
Bf 11.30am (after nap 1)
Lunch 12.30pm
Bf 4pm (after nap 2)
Dinner 5pm
Bf as part of BT routine ~ 7pm
It's normal for things to bunch up towards the end of the day
