In the last two days the website is so so slow, I can't even read new replies without every page taking around 5 minutes to load. Is it just me or someone else experiences this?

Super-slow for me as well. *sigh* And has been for about 2 weeks now. Horrifically slow to the point of unusability on my Kindle.

It's been really variable the past few weeks - sometimes it's normal speed, sometimes so slow I give up. It's so off and on, I'm never sure if it's the site or my connection!

I just came to post about this, and saw that there was already a thread about it. The site is agonizingly slow for me, and has been for weeks.  Today is awful!!!!!    :P
