Easy and Breastfeeding
« on: August 27, 2013, 17:22:32 pm »
Hi there! I am new here, and have decided that I want to try the baby whisperer's methodology to create some sanity in my life! I currently breastfeed my three month old to sleep for naps and bedtime (bad I know, but it works so well!). He usually only naps 45 minutes on the dot. In order to start EASY, what do you think is the best way to wean him off needing to breastfeed to sleep? Any suggestions are very welcome, and if I should have posted this in EASY please let me know. Thanks :-)

Have you seen this Gentle Removal Plan

Alternatively you could feed her when she wakes and then do shh pat to style to sleep.

This link is about establishing EASY in the early days - Starting EASY - all you need to know and more!
And some of the information in this one may help with removing the breast as a prop - Gentle Removal Plan

Just be aware that LO most likely still needs to have at least one NF at 3m.
