resettling during naps
« on: September 19, 2013, 01:05:22 am »
just wondering if anyone else is getting their baby to go back to sleep if they wake at only 30 or 40 minutes? I usually try if it's under 1 hour and sometimes I'm successful. It might take 10-20 minutes and then she sleeps another 20-30 minutes. Do you think this is worth doing? and do you count the resettling time as awake time or sleep time? Thanks

Hi there and welcome :)

I used to try if under an hour as well and sometimes was successful in getting her back to sleep and other times not. I do think its worth doing and eventually they learn to do it on their own. The resettling time I wouldn't count as sleep time though  :)

How old is your LO and what does your EAS look like?
