Depending what sort of day we have sat I will do a later bedtime, an hr I'd I can manage it so they go at 8.30 instead of 7.30 in the hope they will sleep later, unlikely they sleep an hr later but hopefully enough that I can just stick with their normal bt the next day new time which will be an hr later to them. Then I fix bt and they get used to it in a day or two. I don't have naps to worry about. If I put them down at 745 it is not enough to make them asleep later the next day at this age.

Yes, kind of! It moves to what feels like an hour later, but with the time change actually ends up being 7pm again.

We just find it easier to break it into two moves instead of one.

So Katelyn's routine is 7.30am - 7.30pm at the moment. If I was to spread the clocks changing over a 2 day period what would the plan be regarding putting to bed and waking up? x x x

So put her down at 8 for bt on Friday night and then 8.30 on Sat and then on sun do bt at 7.30 new time which will feel 8.30 to them. For moving the clocks back I wouldn't wake in the morning even if we missed Wu as a late morning will only help you move bt later.

Personally I wouldn't ever wake but certainly not the morning of Sat or Sunday.

Ditto, but I can count the number of times I've woken DS on one hand, and he is 5.5!

Absolutely! If they are still sleeping in the morning when the clocks go back definitely don't wake them  ;D

When the clocks go forward in Spring you may have to wake them earlier as BT will also be earlier  :)

Yes I in spring I would more likely have to wake.
