finger food recipe to use up some pears???

does anyone have a recipe that i could use to use up some pears that i have?!
DD has become super fussy with her food lately, so i'm trying out some new things in the hope of making mealtimes a bit easier!!!
finger foods go down the best with her at the moment!

basic pancake mix, grate the pears, stir through, cook as usual. Freeze. Yum :)

Did you try the breakfast muffins on LemonThyme's blog? I think you could easily substitute grated apple for pear? I'm sure there's a recipe on there for baked pears in a cinamon honey coating which might make them more appealing?!

Oooooo... add it too coleslaw??? This recipe uses apples but pretty sure you could substitute pear?

Yep, if I have pears to use up I'll substitute them in anything that has apples.  Also, don't know if she if she likes porridge or oatmeal (esp if she's being fussy) but I sometimes purée pears and stir them through for DD.

The muffins went down stormingly in our house! Gave some to a friend I saw the day I made them as there was no way we were going to get through them all and her little one loved them too!
