Yep agree with you all. Makes sense x

Luckily we have had 2 later WUs now although accompanied by short NWs. We think they are when he is having a wee. We have stared to check and change his pull up in the night and I think this us helping to the later WUs as it is not saturated and uncomfortable or leaking  ::)

then have some other cue for the time you are willing to get up with him? It could be an alarm or you could come and get him when it is time.
Just to let you know mine has a cue to say it is getting up time (as opposed to morning and reading in bed time) - it's when his lights turn off, the timer is set to turn off after 20 mins making it too dark to read. He knows that is the time we get up and go downstairs.
